How to Start Again with Online Courses

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. 2020 has been a bonkers year. For some people, you may have remained relatively unscathed by this year, with yourself and your loved ones safe, and your livelihood untouched.

But for a lot of us, we have had to completely change parts of our lives; whether its living without seeing certain people, changing our daily routines, or finding yourself a whole new career or form of income.

But instead of seeing this as a negative, you could turn it around and make this into your best year yet. According to a website Staff Squared HQ, in December 2019 a whooping 85% of the global population were unhappy with their job – almost 9 in 10 people! I was definitely one of those 85%!

But after finding myself in a situation not dissimilar to so many this year of looking for a new form of income, I decided to jump in with both feet and try something I’d wanted to do for years, but never had the courage – writing!

Many of you may have wanted to start a brand-new career, but never had the time, knowledge or courage, to really look into it.

Depending on the career path you wish to start, there are plenty of resources out there to help you get started. And who knows, it could be even more lucrative than what you were doing before!

Job Sites

Depending on the sector you wish to go in, you may be able to find an internship or junior role opening within a company. This does mean you will likely start on a low wage, but in return gain full training within the role. With many companies are struggling financially, this may be a great opportunity for you both – for them to save money and share knowledge, giving you a great chance to get your foot in the door, and learn from the bottom up.
